Advance Ticket Info

A service fee is applied to all online ticket sales for Creepy Crawl shows. The service fee is $2 per ticket for will call tickets and $3 per ticket for hard copy mailed tickets. Will call ticket purchasers will have their name on a will call ticket list at the door (no receipt is neccesary). Hard copy mailed tickets are mailed at least one week prior to the show and they go off-sale one week prior to the scheduled show. Allow up to 5 business days for mailed tickets to arrive. Minor surcharges may also apply at the door.
Refunds may only be given in the event a show is cancelled or some or all of the headlining artists (i.e., not a supporting artist) cancel in which case a refund may be requested by emailing us at Refunds@Creepycrawl.com. In no event are service charges and/or delivery fees refundable, only the face value of the ticket is refundable.
